Girl on reception who gave excellent service and help with our booking could not remember her name, also the beds were very comfortable. Disapointed because the television service in english was not working and we had to visit cinema instead. |

Spectacular view on the frankfurter Skyline from the terrace restaurant and bar No direct access to the hotel doorstep for cabs or cars: you have to carry your load from the parking or the square in front of the hotel; breakfast is poor and the part of the restaurant devoted to breakfast tables carries heavy reminiscences of fryin oil still in the morning... |

Tolltes Hotel - gute Ausstattung - Tolles Ambiente im Restaurant mit tollem Blick über Frankfurt - sehr zentrale Lage - In wenigen Schritten ist man in der Innenstadt Kein Parkhaus, Parkplatz ist zu klein und außerhalb vom Hotel. Die Servicemitarbeiter im Restaurant und an der Bar waren sichtlich genervt, obwohl wenig Betrieb war. |

Toplage. Mitten im Herzen Frankfurts. Besser geht`s nicht. Tolles stylishes Hotel, neu, erst 2008 eröffnet. Grandios ein nostalgischer Paternoster zum Benützen - wo gibt es das heute noch! Frühstücksraum auf 7. Etage mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Skyline Frankfurts. |

Im Restaurant gab es hervorragendes Essen. Sauberkeit wurde auch groß geschrieben und der Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die ausgeschriebene Badewanne war nicht vorhanden also ein ganz dickes Minus! Dann stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, jedoch gut eingerichtet. Lärm hörte man nur wenn Fenster gekippt/offen war, ansonsten war es ruhig. |

ロケーションはとても良かったです。バー＆レストランの対応も良かったです。只、5☆ＨＯＴＥＥＬには価しません。 早朝からゴミ収集車の音がうるさく、レセプションの対応も悪かったです。モーニングコールも来なかったし・・・こちらのサイトからの予約もレセプションで確認出来なかった。 |

La exclusividad, tranquilidad y buen ambiente del hotel. Todo fue fantástico. Y la comida, exquisita. Un hotel para repetir. En la habitación las persianas se autorregulaban cuando estabas dentro y en la sauna las luces también se autorregulan, y no precisamente en el momento en el que uno lo desea, había veces que resulta un poco incómodo. Pero nada grave. Tampoco preguntamos la opción de poder hacerlo nosotros manual o desactivarlo, que seguro que existía esa posibilidad. |

verrassende interieur en moderne inrichting & fantastisch restaurant, bar op bovenstende verdieping met dakterras! De douche werkte niet zoals het zou moeten: Temperatuur was niet te regelen: ofwel ijskoud ofwel snikheet - geen temperatuur tussenin... Ik denk dat dit eerder een geïsoleerd incident is geweest, gezien mijn collega dit probleem niet had. Bovendien heeft het hotel me onmiddellijk een alternatief aangereikt! |
