Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Belle e confortevoli le camere. Posizione strategica dell'Holtel per la immediata vicinanza della metro che in pochi minuti conduce al centro di Francoforte. La stanza aveva la temperatura troppo elevata e non c'era un impianto di condizionamento, ma solo un ventilatore. Nel letto, nonostante fosse già giugno, era presente il piumone!! |

we stayed on st nicholas day.a little gift of chocolate santas was left outside each room.nice touch.also there was complementary coffee & biscuits/stollen in the foyer. |

The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient. The hotel was clean, in a quiet location and the breakfast had a good selection. The hotel is located outside of the centre and requires transport. I think it would be a good idea to quote the distance from the centre and the transport options with approx cost e.g. taxi E10 |

Excellent service and friendliness. This was my third stay and I will keep coming back. A container with sand outside front door would stop people discarding their cigarette ends on the pavement. |
