The room I stayed in was clean and very nicely appointed. The location is in a quiet residential area and is convenient to the U-Bahn. I will go out of my way to look for Leonardo Hotels on future visits to Europe. |

Great location into City Center. Close to the Underground. You can not just get coffee or tea, they will charge you the full Breakfast price. Watch the cancellation policy. |

A double room was prepared without permission though we were applying for twin-bedded room. When we asked k them to change the room, it was refused arrogantly. The promise was broken again though they promised reluctantly when they changed the room on the next day. The employee's correspondence is the worst, and our travel has been spoilt. |

it was in a nice quiet area, the ladies in reception were amongst the nicest and most helpful ive met anywhere. its not really anything i disliked, just a point of note that the hotel is a good bit from the centre but you can get the Ubahn which is only round the corner or else get a taxi which will only cost you €10. |
