We liked the proximity to all transport and sites in the city. Also the cleanliness of the hotel overall. The reception/front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The housekeeping was quite erratic. Many days, it appeared as if all they did was throw the covers back over the bed. Soiled towels were removed from bath, and not replaced (we had to phone down to get towels 3 times for a 10 night stay). Housekeeping also had a bad habit of knocking and then immediately entering the room ...very invasive! |

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and nice. They really went out of their way to help out. The cleaning of the room was not good but to be fair, we were offered a discount. |

The street's ppearance seems a bit odd at first but then you realise that it was in the shadow of the Berlin Wall and it then all makes sense - great location within walking distance of all of the main attractions |
